Anyways I don`t want to bore you with this kind of stuff. Haha. So last wednesday, we were having merienda. Then my sister and Ate Mars had a conversation:
Ate Mars: Tikman mo nga yung egg sandwich. [ She made one ]
After tasting it..
Ate Verns: Mas masarap pa rin yung chicken sandwich.
Ate Mars: Syempre, mas masarap yun. Kasi to itlog, yun chicken
Ate Verns: Ha? Laboo
I find it funny. Haha. If you don`t it`s okay. Do you know that there was such a belief that when you whistle the wind will come to you, so I tried it with Ate Verns. Unfortunately my sister doesn`t know how to whistle. So she said that whenever her friends in Ateneo was whistling, she would dance a chant, saying WIND!! While shaking her hands up in the air, and of course it was a joke. Who would do that in front of many strangers. Haha. But hey, maybe some do. Haha, So we tried that made up chant and coincedentally the wind came, and my sister was like " oh, see?" with her yabang face. LOL. :))
So I watched American Idol today and yesterday, The Idol Gives Back, rocks!! I even watched the replay. It was so addicting. And in the same time it was eye-opening. You know the feeling of guilt, because we rant about our problems where in fact there are people who are suffering more than we do. Tsk. And today was really suprising. like OMG! Michael Johns was eliminated. GRR. Almost all the people in the studio were suprised, even Paula. It should have been, Syesha Mercado or Kristy Lee Cook in my opinion. Tss. I`m not being biased, but Syesha`s voice is the usual type, big and very deep. And Kristy has a nice voice but not great, not to bring them down or anything but there were more talented people that were eliminated. Tss. If it really wasn`t a popularity contest, and if people were more talent-wise, I think Michael Johns would still be safe. But that`s not the case. Anyways, I don`t want dwell on it too much.
So there, that`s my blog for today. Sorry if it`s too long, I`m gonna end it. Hmm. Wait before I go, the story I kept mentioning was that there was a fire here in Cavite, it happened at the field beside our house but everything is okay. We were able to put it out. So, that`s that. Bye.
